How to Apply for Funding - Old
How to Apply for a Grant for Miami-Dade, Broward & Monroe Counties:
1) Request for Grant Application (“RFA”) will be available November 2010
2) Fill out the RFA by February 16, 2011
3) Fill out Budget Template form and Budget Justification
4) Submit Biosketch and Resumes of Project Director and other personnel included in Budget Template form and Budget Justification with RFA
5) Submit copy of 501(c)(3) tax emption of non-profit organization applying for grant with RFA
6) Submit hard copies of executed originals, and electronic copies (pdf format) of RFA, Budget Template, Budget Justification, Biosketch, Resumes and 501(c)(3) tax exemption to:
