How do I join or form a team?
Once registration opens, you can click here to register online and select "Start a Team" or "Join an Existing Team." If you are joining an existing team, you can search for the name of the team you want to join and select it. If you are already registered for the Race and you want to form or join a team, please contact the office at 305-383-7116 or email info@komenmiaftl.org.

One of my team members registered as an individual when they meant to join my team. How do they correct this?
Thank you for registering for the Race! In order to change your registration from individual to team member, please send an email to info@komenmiaftl.org with the individual's name and the team name they'd like to be added to or you can call 305-383-7116.

What is a Team Page?
Your Team page is a Web page that people can visit to find a team member or give a donation that supports the fundraising efforts of the entire team. Although the default Team page contains sample text and photos, your Team Captain can customize this page to make it a creative expression of the Team commitment to Komen and our fight against breast cancer.

How do I register if my company is paying my registration fee?
Your company must contact us at 305-383-7116 to set up your team as a corporate pay for online. A special designation will be given to you to provide to registrations. It can be set up for your company to pay a dollar amount or a percentage of the fee.

Can we use the Komen Race for the Cure logo on our team tee shirts?
Due to Komen brand management, you are not allowed to use any Komen logo (including the Race for the Cure) on team shirts. 

How do I enter an offline gift so that it shows on my fundraising thermometer? 
After you've created your personal fundraising page, click on the progress tab at the top. On the right it says "Enter a New Gift".  Click on there and enter your offline gift information.

How do I rent a tent for my team on Race day?
A tent provides a great meeting place and post-race gathering for your team! Tent Rental Form is coming soon. Catering from Publix is also available.

Where can I get more information?
Team Captain Packet is coming soon. It will contain everything you need to know about starting a team, adding team members, and fundraising as a team!
