Who are you running for? — Join in the fight against breast cancer by running a full or half marathon through Marathon for the Cure™
Rally for the Cure — Golf, tennis, dinner events and so much more...
A brand to trust — We are honored that Susan G. Komen for the Cure® ranked number one in a recent Harris Interactive poll as the most valued non-profit brand and the charity people are most likely to donate money to. Additionally, Komen for the Cure ranked second on the 2010 list of the nation’s most trusted charities. Thank you to all who help us daily in the fight to end breast cancer!
More than twenty eight years ago, Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything possible to put an end to breast cancer. Today, thanks to more than 100,000 survivors and volunteers/activists, Komen for the Cure is the world's largest, most progressive grassroots organization fighting breast cancer.
Volunteers play a vital role in the Susan G. Komen Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Race for the Cure®. Their passion and commitment is what makes our Race successful. This disease has touched so many people, either through their own personal experience or that of a loved one. Will you join our passionate fight by volunteering on Race day?
Last year, OVER 600 individuals from all walks of life volunteered their time and talents before, during and after the Race to ensure its success. We need leaders, thinkers, movers and shakers, educators, communicators…all types of talented people. We look forward to having you join in the Race experience with us.
We are proud once again to have the Miami Dolphins Special Teams Volunteer Program assist us with coordinating volunteers at the race. To become a volunteer - please call the Special Teams office at 305-943-8000 or go to the Miami Dolphins Special Teams Web Page - Follow the instructions from there to sign up.

The Miami Dolphins Special Teams is a unique volunteer organization created to enlist and mobilize the ongoing services of the community with the Miami Dolphins staff, players and alumni.
